When you register for Xeeva we ask for information such as your company name, administrator name, email address, billing address, credit card information. Users who sign up for the free account are not required to enter a credit card.
Xeeva uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research.

A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier that is sent to your browser from a web site's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive.

Xeeva uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run Xeeva. Although Xeeva owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Xeeva application, you continue to retain all rights to your data.

If you would like to review, correct, update or remove personal information that you have previously provided to us through the Website, you may do so by logging in to your preference center and making changes. Please note that we may need to retain certain information for record-keeping purposes, and there may also be residual information that will remain within our databases and other records, which will not be removed therefrom.

We are not responsible for removing information from the databases of third parties with whom we have already shared your personal information.
